Life skills are problem solving behaviors used properly and responsibly in the management of personal affairs. They are a group of human skills obtained through teaching or direct experience that are in relation to handling problems and questions commonly run into daily human life. These life skills start with the simply tasks like practicing getting undressed, putting on underwear and shoes, cleaning up after toileting accidents, washing your hands, brushing your teeth, trying to put on your coat, cooking.
